"Horrible service I suffered 2 strokes and have been diagnosed with last stage cancer and to also have to deal with the stress and incompetence of this office has been extremely stressful. They refused to fix my account then attempted to charge me for cars that was not on the account. I asked them for over a year to remove and I continue to get idk answers. They are so ruthless and unprofessional they had my brother drive to the hospital and wake me up just to speak to me. They will say they need authorization, but they had it a number of times and still played dumb. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they are always in a meeting. To have to worry about my health and to have to worry about how to get there because they canceled my insurance because of a there end mess ups, is extremely stressful. They called me while getting kemo, 10 days after my policy was canceled and said don't drive the cars. They told me to pay 1600 for 5 cars when I only had 3. I expressed to them that I would pay that amount if they promised to fix my account and put it at the amount it should be and refund me. They said NO, pay the 1600 and they still won't refund me. So now on top of cancer, new onset of being blind and Brian condition i still have to worry about how to get kemo. I'd highly suggest rethinking your insurance office Naomi and Debbie are horrible and should be fired. I will definitely be seaking legal action"

"Update****** After 6 months of refusing to fix my account. and refusing to call me back and over charging me they sed me a email saying they cancelled my policy for non payment. now they are sending me bills of 5000 for cars that was removed from the poilcy. Naomi raymon and Debbie Palanco are extre rude unhelpfull Horrible Horrible Horrible I transferred to this office because my last office messed up my account and refused to fix it and the staff was completly un helpfull I had to file a complaint to get a call back"

It was about making sure that people like me are still able to be on the road and be independent.
